Wide neck open bottle with standard 38/400 thread suitable with connections to our sampling pumps and also for easy access with portable sampling devices and equipment.

PET clear bottles allow for visual inspection of debris from the moment of sampling. Supplied with a CT cap with integrated seal – IHS liner or PS22 – for excellent product integrity protection and for tamper evidence. Bottles can be purchased in singular and multiple quantities as needed. Come in a range of colours and bottle lid types depending on specifications. Bottles can be changed and multiple sizes carried within our kits depending on your sampling volume needs.

Thanks to the design of the bottle it allows for easy identification of particle and debris within the oils, this bottle can also be used as a waste container when sampling and also for collection of grease samples or sample of lubrication for analysis or inspection. With the wide neck opening this is useful for application where large tubing or other analysis devices are needed to be used to retrieve the sample. The added benefit of having coloured options is these bottles can be used in application when varnish potential is to be tested with the amber bottles the degradation of the sample is limited and blocked from the UV light exposure.
